Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds unless the product has a manufacturing defect. If you receive a defective item, you must notify us within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a defect-based exchange, please contact us with clear photos of the defect. Upon approval, we will exchange the item at no cost to you. Please note, returns are not accepted for any other reasons.
